Horse Handling 101

Dates:

August 16

September 20

1:00 - 4:00 PM

Welcome to Horse Handling 101! Whether you’ve always dreamed of being around horses or you’re simply curious and looking to spend some peaceful time with these amazing animals, you’re in the right place.

This experience is designed for beginners—no experience required. Our goal is to introduce you to the basics of horse care and safe handling, while helping you build confidence and connection with horses. You’ll learn how to approach, groom, lead, and understand basic horse behavior, all while spending hands-on time with gentle, well-trained horses.

Throughout the experience, we’ll emphasize safety, respect, and communication—both human and equine. Horses are incredibly intuitive animals, and being around them can be not only educational, but grounding and healing.

So whether you’re here to learn, relax, or just enjoy time with horses, we’re excited to share this journey with you. Let’s get started!

YES! I want to attend

Please fill out the form below and Lynn will confirm with you the date, session, and horse if you have a preference. This particular event is for adults only to help them ground and reconnect with themselves using the horses as guides.

*Disclaimer: We are private facility, not a public barn. Our farm has uneven terrain and limited accessibility for those with mobility challenges. For safety reason, individuals need to be able to stand and move around the horse.

No refunds after 2 weeks prior to event. Because this event is a small number we often have to turn people away.
